Ingredients

  • 4 All Natural Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cheese, gorgonzola, blue cheese or feta
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • hot sauce, for garnish
  • ranch, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook CAULIPOWER Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders according to package instructions.
  2. Add two lettuce leaves to each plate. Top with shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, and one CAULIPOWER Chicken Tender in each lettuce leaf.
  3. Drizzle each leaf with hot sauce and ranch. Then, garnish with crumbled cheese and chopped chives.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
