Chicken Piccata but make it veggie-loaded AND gluten free with CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta and cauliflower coated Chicken Tenders!

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Sauté halved tomatoes and sliced mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with butter.
  3. Once vegetables are sautéed, add lemon, heavy cream and capers to skillet and reduce heat to low and simmer.
  4. While skillet ingredients simmer, bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and add frozen CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta to boiling water. Stir to loosen.
  5. Cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta for 3 minutes, drain, and toss into the skillet to combine ingredients. Plate with Chicken Tenders, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
