When you dream of pizza, this is probably what you see. Three glorious cheeses, sautéed mushrooms, thick-cut local salami, tangy goat cheese, garden fresh cherry tomatoes and some peppery arugula. Say ciao to boring and hello cauli.

Ingredients
1 CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza
1 pack mushrooms
1/2 cup shishito peppers
1 cup salami
1 yellow tomato (cut in half)
1 red tomato (cut in half)
3-4 sprigs rosemary
arugula (handful)
1 tablespoon avocado oil
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In the meantime, heat some avocado oil and sautée mushrooms and shishito peppers.
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza  from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  4. Top with all the ingredients.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve.
