Ingredients

  • Pappardelle Cauliflower Pasta
  • 1 cup carrot tops
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Blanch carrot tops in salted boiling water for 3 minutes or until bright green and tender
  2. Add ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add additional olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta from freezer and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Add CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta to bowls, top with pesto sauce, and garnish with shaved carrot.
