Ingredients

  • 1 package Linguine Cauliflower Pasta
  • 1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns, toasted
  • salted pasta water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Toast whole peppercorns for 3 minutes or until fragrant. Once toasted, grind peppercorns up and set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Linguine according to package instructions.
  3. Reserve salted pasta water and drain the remaining water. Transfer pasta to a skillet and add fresh cracked pepper and salted water.
  4. Add the cheeses to the skillet and mix until well combined. Top with fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper for garnish and enjoy!
