Simple Pasta Bolognese

Store bought or straight from Italy? Why pick one when you could have both! Enjoy this simple yet delicious Cauliflower Pasta Bolognese.
Ingredients
- 1 package Pappardelle Cauliflower Pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup celery, minced
- 1 cup onions, finely minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 12.5 oz marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- parmesan, for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Finely chop onions, celery, and carrots. Sauté vegetables in olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the veggies are softened.
- Add ground beef and pork to the pot with vegetables and cook until meat is cooked through and browned, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in marinara sauce, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pappardelle to boiling water. Stir to loosen. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain the water.
- Serve the Bolognese sauce over the CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pappardelle, and top with fresh grated parmesan!
