  • 3/4 cup arugula
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter (or to taste)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pappardelle to boiling water. Stir to loosen. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain the water.
  2. Mix in butter until melted, then add parmesan, peas, and arugula.
  3. Transfer CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta into a bowl or plate, add more parmesan on top and enjoy!
