Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperonis
  • 2-3 heads little gem lettuce
  • grated parmesan, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • caesar dressing, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Top CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust with sauce, cheese, and mini pepperonis.
  2. Bake according to package instructions. Remove from oven and slice into little triangles.
  3. Add pizza triangles to a bed of little gem lettuce topped with parmesan, pepper, and caesar dressing. Enjoy!
